Every Quarter:
The Access and Equity office works with other USAC office and UCLA entities to ensure accessible education. Some initiatives include AI policy, course marking at UCLA, textbook affordability, and more.

the AAC internship class is a weekly discussion based on a curriculum designed by the Internship Director.

Every Quarter:
The Director of Finance and Budget oversees the Academic Success Referendum Fund (ASRF) and the Travel Grant Mini Fund (TGMF), ensuring efficient allocation, communication, and reporting while supporting students and organizations through funding and resources.
​Weekly Tasks:
-
Oversee ASRF and TGMF operations, including reviewing and logging allocations, reporting weekly updates to the Academic Affairs Commissioner, and submitting requisition forms.

Assist applicants by hosting office hours, emailing updates about application statuses, allocations, and timelines, and facilitating processes between student organizations and student government accounting.

Develop resources such as a "How-To-Apply" guide and offer grant-writing training to help students access additional funding.

Plan and execute fundraising efforts for initiatives like Books for Bruins and Finals Stress Relief to support academic success.
Every Quarter:
The Director of Fostering Connections engages in developing events to actively promote and cultivate meaningful connections between students and organizations.
​Weekly Tasks:

• Maintain and update student organization database



Every Quarter:
The graphics committee works on graphic posts for events, funds, or other opportunities AAC is working with the graphics oversee by the graphics Director.
​Weekly Tasks:

Designing Instagram posts to spread the word about funding and opportunities for students.

Producing merch for the commission.

Collaborating with other USAC offices on raising awareness on other resources on campus.

A feedback sheet for AAC staff to express their concerns or share ideas. These concerns are directed to the Investing in Passion Director, who offers a supportive listening ear and facilitates communication to address their needs or connect them with additional resources.

Marketing & Publicity promotes the AAC's image and visibility, and AAC directors contribute to a wide array of its initiatives.

Sanctuary Campus develops activities and events that relate to mental health, sustainability, and keeping our community happy and healthy.

Meet with Assistant Commissioner Poyuzina
