​Every Quarter: The Director of Accountability & Transparency upholds ethical standards and promotes a culture of honesty, fairness, and responsibility across all levels of the Academic Affairs Commission.
Weekly Tasks:

Enforce policies and frameworks that strengthen internal accountability and ensure compliance with ethical, USAC-wide, and AAC standards

Prepare quarterly reports and weekly newsletters detailing the Commission’s progress to the UCLA student body

Facilitate transparent decision-making between USAC and the student body
-
Oversee internal reviews related to potential misconduct, inefficiencies, or policy violations to ensure initiatives are brought to fruition

Every Quarter: The Director of Finance and Budget oversees the Academic Success Referendum Fund (ASRF) and the Travel Grant Mini Fund (TGMF), ensuring efficient allocation, communication, and reporting while supporting students and organizations through funding and resources.
Weekly Tasks:

Oversee ASRF and TGMF operations, including reviewing and logging allocations, reporting weekly updates to the Academic Affairs Commissioner, and submitting requisition forms.

Assist applicants by hosting office hours, emailing updates about application statuses, allocations, and timelines, and facilitating processes between student organizations and student government accounting. Develop resources such as a "How-To-Apply" guide and offer grant-writing training to help students access additional funding.

Plan and execute fundraising efforts for initiatives like Books for Bruins and Finals Stress Relief to support academic success.
